Our first night in Nebraska, we decided to go out to eat. Another teacher at my school had recommended this place...
Corey loved the salad bar in a truck...
The kids loved the flavored lemonade...
Gretchie loved finally being out of her carseat...
All you can eat pasta...
And a moose head...
Funny story... the hotel we stayed at caters to business travelers who are staying in town for days or weeks at a time. The rooms are all suites and they offer a complimentary breakfast and dinner. When checked in around 6:30 and as we made our way to the elevators (all 5 of us... looking our raggedy best... carrying various blankets and toys) a man eating dinner looks our way and says (not so quietly) "H-ooollly Cow. Look at all those kids." That may or may not have influenced our decision to eat out that night. :)
