As of yesterday, my classroom looked like this...
An hour and a half later...
I was, at this point, dripping with sweat. No air conditioning is turned on in the school yet and I was dragging furniture all around the room.
Feeling better... more organized... to-do-list is made (nothing crossed off yet, but the list is made)... classroom pretty much set up... but my desk needs some work still...
I don't normally keep the trashcan on my desk.

Oh I remember this well... going up early trying to get a jumpstart on your classroom. It is always hot and miserable, but it is so worth it... makes you feel good to have a headstart. I do miss being in the classroom. :) ~Jill
Amy - I feel your frustration! I was up at school yesterday and it was hot and moving furniture around makes it 100 times worse! Good luck!
I can't believe it's that time of year again! I still miss you all dearly. Tell everyone at Slate Creek hello and maybe I'll be able to stop in next time I'm down!
