spray paint.

Corey and I headed out the farm a couple weekends ago with a truck full of ho-hum furniture.

The bed and dresser were my Grandma Ruby's (the one who passed away a few months ago.) Sophie is *thrilled* to be getting a full size bed! =)

The dresser was nothing fabulous, but we thought we could make it something fun for Gretchen.

The barstools were nice, but just not quite my style...

Our tools...

Lots of primer...

Corey has some serious spray painting skills...

The finished dresser... (So cute!) Totally got the idea from here. I really wanted to do the glass knobs, but the cheapest ones I found were $4 each. (I almost bought these at IKEA, but couldn't remember how many I needed. Guess I need to make another visit!) =)

She kind of likes it...

And... the finished barstools. I LOVE them! So bright and happy. (The one on the far right is bright, pretty yellow. It looks like the natural wood color in this picture, but it's much happier.)
Countertops were installed last week and these look perfect in the kitchen! (Even though they are living in the basement storage room right now.)

They make me think of my sweet friend, Danielle, because I know she would say that I made them all "Amy Jonesey." =)

That is so neat!! Love the different colored chairs! You will have to get glass knobs! That would really be nice!
