We took a whole school field trip to Ft. Riley at the beginning of October to spend the day with the soldiers we partner with before they were deployed.

After this station, we all got to put on night vision goggles and explore a completely dark room! It was pretty cool!
My lunch was less than awesome. (Although being heated would have helped...) Even more respect for soldiers.
