two things.

Two things I am loving right now.
As stupid as it might sound, they have both made my little life so much happier.
So just in case they might make others happy...

Lemishine:

This stuff has seriously saved my dishes.
We've had Fiesta Ware since our wedding and some of our plates and bowls were so stained with hard water/soap spots. I had tried all kinds of different things and could not get rid of them. One navy blue plate was so bad I really thought I was going to have to just throw it away.
Now? I can't even tell which plate that was.
Sparkly. Shiny. Looking like new.
Love this stuff.

Coffee-Mate liquid creamer, Honey Vanilla Creme':
(since I'm a coffee drinker now!)

Corey first bought this kind.
Did not sound good to me at all.
But I tried it one day after I left my French Vanilla sitting out on the counter all day (again) and loved it!
I've tried 7 different flavors and this one is my favorite.
I buy 3-4 at a time.
(But I'm worried because I just looked at their website to find a picture and there were lots of reviews on this one saying how horrible it is! Guess I'm still not your typical coffee drinker!)

Little things.
Silly things.
But they make my life happier.

Two things:

1. I have tried Lemi Shine and can't tell any difference! ??? I think it might be because we have well water and it's extremely hard.

2. I think the honey vanilla creamer is terrible.

Can this friendship be saved?!
;-)

Can you get the Lemi Shine at Dillons?? Sounds great. My glassware is terrible and we have soft water!

Carolyn... I got mine at Target and I've heard you can get it at Wal-Mart, too. I've never looked at Dillons.

I looked at the Newton Wal-mart for Lemi Shine but could not find it. I did find it at Dillon's, though!

I JUST found out out LemiShine...I have gotta get me some! Thanks for the tip! I'm not a coffee drinker, however, I do drink hot cocoa in the winter and love creamers...but I'm more of a Peppermint Mocha fan myself! Enjoy! Glad you found things that make you happy-life is good!

lemi shine seems to be a necessity now in Kansas since the changes in phosphates in dish washing detergent. I did everything to my dishes too to get hard water off, until lemi shine.
Beki, you might need to use it for awhile before you can see a difference?

my lands..we all sound like a commercial! :)

Thanks for the tip on Lemi Shine. Lately my dishes have not looked so good when they come out of the dishwasher. I will have to try it & see if it helps!

Do you put this lemishine stuff in the dishwasher in place of the soap or with it?

Amy said...

Tonya... the directions say to use it with the detergent. You just use less.

Gonna try the Lemishine. Thanks for the tip :) And, leaving the coffeemate out all day --- can't tell you how many times I've done that, and I use it anyway and it was fine. Didn't make me sick or anything. I think since it's non-dairy, it really doesn't hurt to leave it out!

i have been searching for lemi shine ever since one of my customers told me about it...sounds like i need to check dillons!
i noticed on the city's website they are blaming the white film on soap manufactures for putting less phosphates in the detergent...it's probably a load of crap the city's selling :)
