cora's playground.

I read this quote on a friend's blog awhile back:

"God has allowed hard things in your life so you can show the world that your God is great and that knowing Him brings peace and joy, even when life is hard."

I immediately thought of Joel and Jess...

Although they would never have chosen this path in life, God has used them to literally show the world of His love. To show thousands of people that even when life is hard... even when you are forced to endure the worst thing imaginable... there is still peace and joy in knowing Him.

341 balloons.
One for each day that sweet Cora spent here on Earth.
But the peace that Joel and Jess have is knowing that Cora is spending eternity in Heaven.
And the joy that they have is knowing that one day, they will see their sweet girl again.

Until that day... they have this amazing playground to honor their little girl.

Joel and Jess... the playground dedication was beautiful.

Thank you for the example that you have shown to everyone you come in contact with.
The faith and hope that you have is astounding.
I am blessed to know you both.
And I love to see your smile, Jess.

(Thanks for the pictures
Megan and Kara!)

Beautiful! I wish we could have done something like that.
