cousins.

My family was so sweet. They knew that we had a million things on our to-do-list this week. But we also really wanted to spend time with my sister and her family. My dad did crazy amounts of work... trimming trees, bushes, cleaning window wells, cleaning the basement floor, watering flowers and the garden. So much stuff. He just kept coming back and asking "What's next?"

My sister scrubbed our shower, took apart the light fixture in our kitchen and washed it all (lovely that my pregnant sister was standing on a stepstool, changing light bulbs). She took the grill off the front of our refrigerator and scrubbed it clean, wiped down kitchen cabinets, helped me declutter. All kinds of stuff.

And somehow we managed to feed, supervise and entertain 9 kids throughout all this.

They always love Grandma's craft time...

These two little girls didn't get to craft, but they had lots of fun playing in the sink and water. I'm pretty sure they went through 50 ice cubes.

The sprinkler under the trampoline is a tradition at Aunt Amy's. =)

Grandpa helped fill water balloons for the boys...

Eating supper outside before we all loaded up to cheer on Lawson at his baseball game!

Love the tutu photo and the one where Grandpa is sitting on the steps with the little guy. Cute!!! How very thoughtful of your family to come help you out! Have you had time to go looking for a house yet?
