ReplyDeleteI make them in Picnik.com (the free version!) You just go to collage, upload your pictures and then you can add text, etc to it. It's surprisingly easy! I know lots of people make theirs in Picasa, too, but I don't have that installed on my laptop. It's what I always used to edit pictures on our desktop, though. Try it out, Jody, and let me know if you have trouble!
